The executive committee is SigEp's primary leadership. Our annually elected officials guide the chapter's internal operations as well as foster external relationships with other Greek organizations and the Carnegie Mellon community. Read more below about the 2021-2022 executive committee.

Nick Mlodzienski - President

Nick is the current President of SigEp. He is a double major in Business Administration and Statistics from Radnor, Pennsylvania. His past roles include Vice President of Finance and Balanced Man Scholarship Chair. He would like to help bring back the traditions from before COVID, including the big 3, with help from his great executive committee.

Julian Adler - VP Programming

Julian is the current Vice President of Programming for SigEp. He is a Statistics and Machine Learning major from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. His past roles include New Member Educator and member of the Development Committee. In his free time he enjoys watching football, going to art museums and exploring Pittsburgh. Julian wants to grow the brotherhood of the fraternity and connect brothers to professors and the greater CMU community.

Brady Gess - VP Finance

Brady is the current Vice President of Finance for SigEp. He is a Statistics and Machine Learning major from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is interested in building balanced men. He would like to help the development of balanced men within the fraternity.

Raj Mehta - VP Membership

Raj is the current Vice President of Membership Development for SigEp. He is a double major in cognitive science and robotics from Antwerp, Belgium. In the past, Raj was an active member of the rush committee where he helped recruit new members. As the VPMD, He aims to integrate new members into the SigEp culture to create more balanced men.

George Karras - VP Recruitment

George is the current Vice President of Recruitment for SigEp. He is a Business Administration major and a Music Tech minor from Montauk, New York. His past and other current roles include Greek Sing chair, Social chair, and Sound Sound. George enjoys creating music, playing board games, and going to Fuel & Fuddle with friends. George wants to see the new members of SigEp grow into balanced men and grab the leadership reigns of SigEp.

Roshan Paul - VP Communications

Roshan is the current Vice President of Communications for SigEp. He is a Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering double major from West Windsor, New Jersey. He has ~dabbled~ in social and standards committee in the past and is now focused on improving SigEp through philanthropy and campus involvement.

Edelio Taboada - Philanthropy Chair

Edelio is the current house manager and one of two philanthropy chairs of SigEp. He is an Electrical and Computer Engineering major and an additional major in Robotics from Miami, Florida. Other roles he has include room chair and sound soul. Edelio enjoys playing video games and spending time in nature with friends. He aims to promote a culture of philanthropy and generosity within the fraternity.

Jack Fallows - Philanthropy Chair

Jack is currently serving as the Co-Philanthropy Chair and Co-Social Chair for SigEp. He is a Electrical and Computer Engineering major from Palo Alto, California. He joined SigEp in the Fall of 2023 and is also a member of Carnegie Mellon Racing - Driverless Team and the CMU Men’s Club Soccer Team, AC Mellon. His goal for the brotherhood is to grow their involvement in the CMU community and create a more collaborative environment within Greek Life.
